Thanks very much indeed for these comparison charts. They really illustrate the diverse range of scores for our different organisations!
Although interesting, I keep coming back to the point that in many ways these scores will to a greater or lesser extent reflect our own mental models and perceptions of our own organisations. Although clearly beyond the scope of what we can do in this course, I think it would be really interesting if we could get five or ten individuals from our organisations to all complete the survey, and then average the scores.
My prediction would be that the wide range of differences that we see here would narrow somewhat, and we might get a more valid picture of how our different organisations stack up against each other.
I agree Chris. What I find particularly interesting is that no area has universal agreement in our group. The disparity between all of our responses is noteworthy I think. What does this suggest about our individual perceptions regarding our organisations?
